The location was one of our favorite restaurants, Pimlico No. 11. They have a private upstairs room that was the perfect spot for the get together.
Tables covered in craft paper with narcissus bulbs in mason jars on a gold sparkly coaster.
My mom and I made the orange, pink and gold star confetti and stuffed the jumbo clear balloons which were then filled with helium by Occasions Pimlico.
Favor boxes with a wooden dance ring that my mom and I made with this Liberty of London fabric, Peppa bubbles and a diy bracelet.
Note: I completely stole my friend Erin's idea who basically did the same thing for her sweet daughter, Lexi's 3rd birthday. Since we would have been celebrating together had we still lived in L.A. this is me saying "Hey lady your idea totally rocked and since we miss you like crazy and live a zillion miles away, I'm going to pay tribute by copying you!"
We had an assortment of yummy brunch food and libations to please both the toddler and adult crowd.
Face painting, tattoos and balloon modeling was provided by Laura from Occasions Pimlico. M requested face painting for her party and then in typical toddler fashion, wanted no part of it.
Her sweet friends happily obliged.
However, balloon modeling, Peppa tattoos and a sprinkling of glitter were a-okay with the birthday girl.

The Peppa Pig cake was amazingly delicious!
Dancing was another hit of the party and this little girl sure can bust-a-move when the right song is played. Not sure where she gets it though...
Oh and there were bubbles too!
So happy my mom was able to be here for the party! I could not have done it without her help! Thanks mom!

Amazingly beautiful party pics! I had attended a birthday party of my neighbour at one of the impressive venue New York last month. Location of the venue is awesome and decorations and other arrangements are great too.
