Adorable Children's Theater

London has an abundance of theater productions, even for the little people in your life.

Our classes have finished for the term and before our trip back to the states, we've been filling our summer days with new explorations and adventures. We went to see the play What the Ladybird Heard based on the book by Julia Donaldson. She is a well known children's author in the UK and we've been getting to know her fantastically creative stories. The play is currently being performed for a few more days at Cadogan Hall near Sloane Square.

It was absolutely adorable. The play was engaging, the music was fun and it was very creatively produced. We've fallen in love with the book and it is one of our favorites to read before bedtime these days.

Since we've loved the children's performances we've see thus far, next up is The Tiger Who Came to Tea based on another children's book.

In November, we may grab tickets to The Snowman play at the Peacock Theater should we find ourselves in London around Thanksgiving. We also hope to go to this performance at Cadogan Hall since I absolutely love this children's classic and it's music.

Hopefully with family coming to visit this fall and early winter, we will get to an adult performance of something too!

Cheers!
Kelley
