My First Five

Today I've decided to officially link up and join the blogger world and start posting about any 5 things each Friday. So here are 5 things I've fallin' in love with since arriving in London. My goal is to do this each week- we shall see...

ONE
Since grocery delivery is the thing to do here we've discovered Abel and Cole. Everything we've tried is super yummy, organic and (mostly) good for you. They pay attention to how the products they sell are made, how fruits and veggies are grown and their farmers actually care about the health and welfare of their animals. I'm all for paying a little more to support a company who strives to be ethical, sustainable and provide families with high quality products. Here are two of our favorites from this week's order:
Yum! And the containers are glass so they will be used for painting or something else creative!

How cute is this? A box of mini pizza's for my little pizza lover!

I ran across Maggie and Rose as I was doing research on things I would do with M when we moved to London. It is just as cute and fabulous as it looks online. We went last week for a tour and quickly signed up for a class even though it is a good haul from our house. My plan is to walk one way and take the bus home as it is easier with a stroller than the Underground (no elevators in many stations and lots of stairs). I managed to snap a few pics although did not get any of the rooms where the actual classes are held. We are starting our class next week!
Obviously this room had just been played in!

Climbing structure area

They even serve food here!
Little store area and lots of push chairs.

THREE
This book came along this week with our Amazon order (thank goodness it exists here too!). It's broken up by month so you can see what's going on in and around London with kiddos. We will be heading out for one of the adventures this weekend- the Canalway Cavalcade Festival.

FOUR
I just stumbled across Urban Explorer and quickly signed up for the weekly email blast of the top 10 things to do each weekend in London. Perfect. There is so much to do in London with kids that we will never be bored! Good thing M is getting used to a good stroller nap- we have no time for a crib nap on the weekend.

FIVE
Sadly Target does not exist here. You bet that place will be one of my first stops when we hit the states. However there is Peter Jones. Peter Jones is pretty much the store you can GET EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING! So if you find yourself in London and are in need of (insert word here) head on over!
They sell grass.
And everything outdoor because the weather is lovely?!
Cute towels- I'll be picking up the grey polka dot soon.
Clothes for all ages.
New things for play.
A comfy place to lay your head.
Cleaning products/supplies galore.
An extreme assortment of pillows to round out your trip.

AND THAT'S MY 5.
