Moving Day

Friday the movers came. We are leaving on a jet plane tomorrow evening. It's finally here. I am filled with all sorts of emotions. Excited mostly. A little anxious. Ready for the adventure the next three years will bring. We're off to London, England! Honestly, I feel like I'm going on a three year vacation.

The last few weeks have been filled with as much time with friends as we could possibly squeeze in. Lots of second birthday parties. Visits from family. Mommies nights out. Lunches. Dinners. Drinks. Hugs and tears. I've filled my tank with moments with my favorite people. I have to say I've become rather fond of the craziness that is L.A. especially because of the friends and relationships we've formed since Madeline was born. I am so thankful for the friendships I've formed here and will miss seeing Madeline with her friends and seeing their awesome mommies and daddies.

It's hard to hold back the tears leaving a place you've called home the last seven years. Tonight we will spend our last night in our first home. We will miss you L.A.

So as we embark on this journey, please come along with us! I hope to have lots of time to share our adventures with you. See you soon on the other side of the pond.
